The program features advanced clean rooms dedicated to manufacturing and packaging, as well as quality control and testing laboratories. Supporting spaces include administrative offices, a breakroom, locker rooms, warehouse and document storage, and a mechanical mezzanine engineered to accommodate intensive mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems.

This adaptive reuse project exemplifies how an existing structure can be reimagined to meet the complex demands of pharmaceutical production. The facility supports the client’s mission to deliver sterile injectable products within a controlled, efficient, and fully compliant environment.
