This 71,500-square-foot headquarters and research, development, and manufacturing facility supports VadaTech’s operations in the defense, aerospace, industrial, and telecom sectors. Designed to Class A standards, the building delivers a high-performance environment tailored to precision manufacturing and long-term flexibility.
The program includes 20,000 square feet of office and support areas, alongside 30,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing and laboratory functions. The layout supports a continuous production flow, moving materials from receiving through testing, assembly, and final inventory with clear separation between operational zones.
Specialized spaces include engineering labs, an electromagnetic interference (EMI) chamber, environmental and vibration labs, and a dedicated telecommunications room. The facility also features conference rooms, administrative offices, kitchen areas, and an exercise room, promoting both functionality and employee well-being. Shipping, receiving, and inventory areas are sized and configured for high-efficiency logistics.
