SHL Group Drug Delivery Device Assembly + Filling Facility

This 43,521-square-foot, two-story interior build-out supports SHL Group’s U.S. operations for drug delivery device assembly and aseptic filling. Developed within an existing building, the project was designed to meet the technical demands of regulated pharmaceutical production while accommodating future operational growth.
The facility includes nine Class 100,000 ISO clean rooms, aseptic production areas, gowning and packing zones, quality control labs, and metrology spaces. Workstations and workbenches are provided throughout, with a mix of dedicated and non-dedicated areas to support varying production needs. A climate-controlled warehouse includes cold storage, drug storage rooms, and standard device inventory storage. All critical environments are supported by emergency power and redundant cooling systems to ensure uninterrupted operation.
In addition to its production functions, the facility includes private offices, conference rooms, and support spaces such as a kitchen and lunchroom. These features help integrate administrative functions with manufacturing and reinforce SHL Group’s commitment to workplace quality across all program areas.
