The infrastructure features a parallel, redundant, and scalable utility system to maintain uninterrupted operations. Additional components encompass administrative offices, meeting and conference rooms, and a mechanical and electrical yard to support facility functions.

Site development included coordination of a new overhead power feed from the CenterPoint substation to an on-site substation, along with the implementation of a self-contained sanitary plant, potable well water system, and detention area. The project achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting a commitment to environmental responsibility.
