An open-concept layout fosters collaboration and flexibility, supported by standardized workstations with one universal cubicle size and two private office types. Each floor offers touchdown zones, huddle areas, and small meeting rooms with integrated digital scheduling. Break areas and copy/print stations are distributed for convenience, while the fourth floor houses an executive suite with a boardroom, private break room, and reception space.

The first floor serves as the campus hub, featuring a flexible training center for up to 100 participants, adjacent to large gathering and dining areas. The dining room seats more than 90, with a mix of banquettes, bar-height counters, and outdoor seating. Additional amenities include a self-pay snack bar, multiple refrigerators, and a fully equipped fitness center with lockers, showers, and changing rooms.
