Located adjacent to Florida International University’s main campus, Identity is a 15-story student housing development that establishes a bold urban presence in the University City District. Rising 170 feet and totaling 470,487 square feet, the high-rise offers a fully integrated off-campus living experience in a culturally diverse and growing neighborhood.
The tower provides 187 fully furnished one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments designed to foster convenience, independence, and connection. Five levels of secured parking serve residents, while ground-floor shell space and a leasing office help activate the street. A colonnade shelters a public bus stop and defines the main entrance with a strong architectural gesture that engages both pedestrians and transit users.
Amenities include a pool and deck, fitness center, and multiple indoor lounges that support wellness and social connection. The attached parking structure integrates seamlessly with the residential component, reinforcing Identity’s role as a livable, connected, and student-focused environment.
