Himmarshee Landing

Nestled in the historic Colee Hammock district, Himmarshee Landing is a mixed-use development that combines residential, commercial, and office space into a cohesive urban destination.
The site includes 9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, a 45,000-square-foot office tower, and a 300-space structured parking garage. Nine three-story townhomes add a residential component with 10-foot ceilings, private courtyards, and attached two-car garages. Inspired by a “South Florida brownstone” concept, the homes bring contemporary luxury to a historically rich neighborhood.
The office tower features a two-story atrium and a five-floor penthouse wing, with Mediterranean-inspired architecture expressed through warm colors, textured materials, and refined interior finishes. Together, the components create a vibrant live-work-play environment that complements the character of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
