The exterior features architectural precast panels with a two-story cast stone base, high-performance glazing, aluminum canopies, and sunshade devices. Many materials were regionally sourced with high recycled content, contributing to both sustainability and a distinctive, enduring façade.

Inside, tenants enjoy modern amenities that support wellness and collaboration, including a fitness center with locker and shower facilities, a full-service café with indoor and outdoor seating, and a corporate lounge with ample seating, televisions, and a custom art glass lighting display.

A landscaped courtyard connects the building to a six-story parking garage with more than 1,000 spaces, providing convenient access for tenants and visitors.
