Working closely with university leadership, the team evaluated academic programs, research goals, student life, and long-range infrastructure needs. The resulting Comprehensive Master Plan provides a flexible yet structured roadmap for institutional evolution, aligning facilities planning with enrollment targets, technological advancement, and environmental responsibility. This multi-campus strategy integrates academic, research, housing, and infrastructure priorities while promoting smarter density, multimodal connectivity, and cohesive development.

A subsequent Master Plan Update addressed changes in policy, funding, and campus objectives. Throughout both phases, stakeholder engagement remained central, with input from faculty, students, administration, and community members shaping a unified vision for FAU’s future.
