The building includes an emergency operations center (EOC), evidence processing and secure storage areas, weapons and ammunition storage, and a 10-cell jail facility with a four-car vehicular sallyport designed for safe detainee transport.

To serve both internal training and public engagement needs, the facility features a 30-person law enforcement training room and a flexible 88-person community meeting space that also supports large-scale training sessions.

A 1,250-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) located at the rear of the site houses the city’s animal shelter, providing standalone support for animal control operations.

The site design includes both public and secured staff parking, designated covered parking areas, and an integrated retention and detention pond to manage stormwater responsibly.
