City of College Station Police Headquarters

The 63,625-square-foot main building features a welcoming two-story lobby that visually connects both levels. A T-shaped first floor houses a community media room, training space, lockers, and police department offices. A taller rear section provides space for evidence and property storage, along with a forensics vehicle bay. The second floor includes administrative offices, dispatch, detective work areas, recruiting, and training. The T-shaped footprint allows for future expansion into an H-shaped plan as the city grows. A nearby 11,000-square-foot annex supports vehicular functions, storage, and fitness.

The architecture blends stone and brick with large punched windows and a continuous ribbon window along the second floor. Drawing on prairie-style forms and civic design principles, the facility establishes a timeless architectural language intended to guide future development across the city.
