The ground level is dedicated to the Aventura Police Department with controlled card access and overhead coiling grilles. Specialized areas support police operations, including fueling stations, a vehicle processing zone, and a designated K9 unit space.
Architecturally, the structure was designed to complement the adjacent government center. Glass curtainwalls enclose stairwells and elevators, while coordinated color reveals and precast patterns create visual continuity across the civic campus.
