Texas A&M University Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Building 1st Floor Lab
College Station, TX
A 4,600-square-foot renovation within the Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Building modernized synthetic chemistry laboratories to support both research and instruction. The project introduced new casework, a cold room, and upgrades to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet the demands of contemporary lab operations.

Student and faculty spaces were also improved with new office layouts, enhanced safety equipment, and an updated data communication system. Additional features included a break room, designated student work areas, and upgraded lab furnishings. Interior finishes were refreshed throughout, and integrated graphic signage was added to reinforce wayfinding and the building’s visual identity.
