Windermere Preparatory School Sports Performance Center

To support the school’s growing athletic program, the Sports Performance Center and Campus Store were developed on a key site between the campus pool and baseball field.
PGAL, in collaboration with Life Fitness, designed a 2,000-square-foot strength training room focused on high-efficiency layouts, branded WP rubber flooring, and motivational graphics to create a collegiate-level experience for student-athletes. Adjacent to the fitness space, the 1,000-square-foot Campus Store offers merchandise, apparel, accessories, and snacks, supported by multiple points of sale, stock rooms, and storage.
The building’s second level serves as dedicated storage space for the school’s athletic programs, positioned for quick access to nearby fields and outdoor facilities.
