The civic campus is designed to meet immediate needs while allowing long-term flexibility.

The ground-level substation includes a glazed public lobby, briefing rooms, locker rooms, gym, meeting spaces, and specialized areas for evidence processing and storage.

On the second floor, the 9-1-1 dispatch center features a main operations room with 20 workstations and a training area with 10 additional stations, scalable for large-scale emergencies. Wellness amenities include showers, lockers, a break room, a de-sensory room, and access to a private balcony retreat.

The police academy is organized to optimize cadet flow between tactical training areas, CrossFit and exercise rooms, locker facilities, and support spaces. Designed for seamless training operations, the academy accommodates up to 40 cadets.
