University of Houston Women’s Volleyball Locker Room + Lounge

The renovation introduces a custom locker room with an open lounge, film review area, kitchenette, private training and shower rooms, and a dedicated suite for officials. An oval-shaped layout centers around a back-lit UH logo embedded in a glass-look feature wall, framed by red LED accent lighting and a sculpted ceiling that mirrors the form of the space.

A sloped cloud element reinforces the focal point, drawing attention to the UH mark and strengthening the team’s identity. Spa-style restrooms feature large-format terrazzo-look tile, etched glass shower doors, and custom vanities with integrated storage designed for athlete use.

Durable yet warm material selections balance performance with comfort. Wood-look finishes and textured surfaces create a welcoming, focused atmosphere where athletes can prepare, recover, and recharge.
