The garage incorporates a double-threaded helix design that streamlines vehicle flow and integrates seamlessly with the airport’s architectural language. Its façade mirrors Terminal 3, featuring stainless steel mesh screens, dynamic signage, and environmental graphics to establish a cohesive visual identity.

For passengers, amenities include flight information displays, an electronic parking guidance system, and full-service valet at the pick-up area. An exterior lighting system enhances visibility and celebrates Las Vegas’ nighttime skyline while minimizing impacts on nearby neighborhoods.

The project also includes an 11,275-square-foot tilt-wall administration building that supports parking operations. Housing revenue management, security, operations, and IT services, the building features a toll plaza and covered canopy designed to complement the look and feel of Terminal 3.
