South Montgomery County ESD No. 8 Fire Station 11-4

The living quarters wing adds a dayroom and kitchenette to support Montgomery County Hospital District personnel. New accommodation includes an office for the battalion chief, four single dorm rooms, and a private single-user bathroom with a shower to enhance functionality and comfort.

Apparatus operations were improved by reconfiguring a storage and utility area to house an MCHD ambulance. Two new 60-foot pull-through bays expand ESD vehicle capacity and incorporate a secure public entrance, allowing the space to serve additional community functions such as voting.

Both wings were designed to complement the existing building, with coordinated materials and finishes that establish a cohesive identity and integrate seamlessly into the surrounding site.
