The 13,945-square-foot, two-story center includes outpatient procedure rooms, pre-operative and post-anesthesia care spaces, and an anesthesia suite. Additional program elements include a multipurpose room, reception and waiting areas, and dedicated storage for both clinical and nonclinical functions.

Specialized recovery services are supported through clean and soiled holding rooms, janitor and utility areas, and mechanical and medical gas storage. Emergency back-up systems and organized decontamination and processing zones further enhance safety and operational reliability.
