North Broward Preparatory School International Village

North Broward Preparatory School’s International Village was created to unite boarding students from across the globe into a single, purpose-built residential environment. This 179,000-square-foot facility houses 370 beds and reflects the school’s commitment to fostering a globally connected and community-focused campus experience.
The design includes a variety of bedroom layouts, many with lakeside or campus-facing views, and supports a vibrant student life with indoor and outdoor amenities. Outdoor courtyards provide flexible spaces for recreation, relaxation, and social gathering, while indoor amenities include lounges, game rooms, café-style kitchens, and study rooms that foster academic focus and interpersonal connection.
Centrally located within the broader school campus, the facility allows students to remain within close proximity to classrooms, playfields, and extracurricular hubs, ensuring both accessibility and integration into daily campus life. The architectural character and layout enhance the school’s village-like atmosphere while offering modern comforts tailored to an international student population.
