The complex includes three BEQ buildings with 192 two-person rooms, organized around shared community areas and a central dining facility. Inspired by contemporary college housing, the layout delivers a more residential experience. The 445-seat dining facility features an expanded outdoor patio with canopies and misters to provide comfort in the desert climate. Interior dining spaces are designed to maximize daylight while minimizing direct solar exposure.

The BEQ buildings are composed of modular units oriented to capture solar gain and natural airflow. Articulated roof forms respond to surrounding structures and site conditions, supporting energy efficiency and spatial clarity. The campus-style layout reinforces passive ventilation and strengthens connections between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Outdoor amenities promote wellness and engagement. A 425-foot ninja warrior-style obstacle course includes 15 training challenges with shock-absorbing surfaces, while a 500-seat amphitheater leverages the site’s natural slope to host gatherings, ceremonies, and outdoor instruction.
