The project involved moving existing hardstand operations and modernizing the Aircraft Mechanics Center, with a new location established in Lot K, north of Hangar 12. The site was planned to accommodate temporary trailers and ground service equipment needs.

Scope of work included pavement rehabilitation, reconfiguration and striping for 64 vehicles, and temporary aircraft hardstand striping. Foundations were designed for modular trailers and a canopy structure to provide weather protection for tow tractors and non-vehicle charging stations. Utility connections were fully integrated, including power, telecommunications, domestic water, sanitary sewer with an ejector station, fire alarm systems, and CCTV infrastructure.

This fast-tracked, infrastructure-focused solution allowed American Airlines to maintain uninterrupted ramp operations during construction of the new Concourse E.
