The four-story facility features clean lines and distinctive aluminum canopies that accent the main entries and upper levels, presenting a forward-looking approach to healthcare design.

The program accommodates diverse clinical functions, including an outpatient surgery center, a cardiac catheterization lab, and dedicated spaces for imaging, rehabilitation, and pediatric urgent care. A central lobby with retail amenities such as a coffee kiosk, pharmacy, and small deli provides convenience for patients, visitors, and staff.

To support efficient access, the building connects directly to a structured parking garage by way of a pedestrian bridge that spans the entry drive. Generous floor-to-floor heights were incorporated to allow flexibility for future tenant build-outs while supporting the infrastructure needs of advanced medical technology.
