The facility enhances community access and emergency readiness with a focus on resilience, efficiency, and firefighter comfort.

Designed as a home away from home, the station includes 15 bunks, a commercial kitchen, quiet rooms, a workout area, locker rooms, and a lounge. A team meeting room supports coordination and training, while advanced technology systems provide redundancy for 24/7 operations, including a clean room for sterilizing medical equipment.

PGAL also provided site development services for the facility, including an underground detention pond, parking lot, antenna, pump station, traffic signal, and communication infrastructure.
