Developed on a 40-acre undeveloped parcel, the site required comprehensive infrastructure planning, including all-new utility services, potable water storage, and dual generator fuel systems to support independent operations. PGAL’s civil team designed a new access road with a low water crossing, surface parking, and dedicated areas for an equipment storage building and separate communications tower.

The project also anticipates future expansion, including site provisions and structural coordination for a 400-foot-high radio tower.
