The building houses the Office of Emergency Management along with administrative offices, a multi-function training room, a media room, and a fully equipped kitchen with pantry. These spaces support day-to-day needs while offering flexibility during critical incidents.

State-of-the-art audiovisual and communication systems enable real-time decision-making, allowing users to access, monitor, and present live information streams for efficient emergency coordination. Engineered for resilience, the facility is designed to withstand wind pressures from 150 mph storms and includes 100 percent emergency power backup to ensure uninterrupted operations during critical events.

At the heart of the facility, the Operations Room connects directly to the Joint Information Center, a command room, and two breakout rooms. Configured for 74 permanent seating positions, it provides ample capacity for county and partner agency response teams.
