Fairfax County Government Center – Suite 527 Renovation
Fairfax, VA
The 16,500-square-foot Suite 527 at the Fairfax County Government Center was renovated into a modern open office environment designed to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and workplace flexibility.

The new layout features workstations, private offices, conference rooms, break/kitchen areas, and informal collaboration zones that support the County’s evolving operational needs.
Demountable glazed panels were incorporated in break areas, conference rooms, and the executive office, providing modern aesthetics while allowing for future adaptability. Contemporary finishes throughout the suite establish a clean, cohesive, and flexible workspace.
PGAL began the project with a detailed site survey and assessment report to inform design decisions. Working closely with County stakeholders, the team developed construction documentation, guided construction administration, and coordinated all finishes, millwork, and furniture selections with Fairfax County standards to ensure consistency and quality.
