Fairfax County Government Center – Suite 524 Renovation
Fairfax, VA
As part of an ongoing Interior Design task order contract with Fairfax County, architectural and interior design services were provided for the renovation of Suite 524 at the Fairfax County Government Center.

The project began with a comprehensive site assessment of the 6,400-square-foot suite, including a 150-square-foot pantry. Findings from the study guided the design and construction documents for a refreshed office layout featuring a reconfigured open office plan, updated pantry, and targeted electrical modifications to support new systems furniture.
The scope also included transforming an existing conference room to maximize space utility. The revised layout introduced a new eight-person conference room and an adjacent private office.
Prior to this effort, the County had installed new finishes including carpet, ceiling tiles, wall paint, base, and ADA-compliant signage. The design team worked closely with County stakeholders to align furniture selections and material specifications with established standards, ensuring a seamless integration between existing infrastructure and the renovated workspace.
