Phase one delivered a 12,800-square-foot administrative building housing public works staff and the conservation department. The facility includes a training room, public interaction space, and a conservation education area, along with a large technician bullpen, locker rooms, showers, a break room, tool workspace, storage cages, and three enclosed storage bays.

A 6,500-square-foot covered canopy was also constructed to support material storage. Future phases expanded the canopy system and introduced new detached structures for vehicle storage.
