The City of Frisco’s 94,000-square-foot police headquarters and holding facility consolidates a wide range of essential law enforcement functions into a single, high-performance complex.
The facility includes administrative offices, conference rooms, security rooms, a jail, a firing range, forensic labs, a 9-1-1 dispatch center, and a fully equipped Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Located adjacent to the dispatch area, the EOC features a series of single-use workstations along the north wall to accommodate additional personnel during major events or emergencies.
Support spaces surrounding the dispatch area were planned to optimize visibility and functionality. Clear sightlines, daylight access, and carefully selected furnishings create an environment that minimizes distractions and supports operational focus.
