City of Friendswood Public Safety Building Expansion
Friendswood, TX
The Public Safety Building serving the Friendswood Police Department, Municipal Courts, and Fire Marshal’s Office was expanded and renovated to provide modern upgrades and increased capacity for the city’s growing public safety needs.
The completed expansion introduced new space for police administration, a state-of-the-art training room, upgraded locker rooms, and additional offices to support patrol and field operations. The addition was integrated into the existing site to maintain continuity and minimize disruption during construction.
Renovations within the existing footprint enhanced key service areas. Updates to the Municipal Court and Fire Marshal’s offices were paired with improvements to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), strengthening security and streamlining workflow. The project delivered a balance of operational efficiency, flexibility, and community service.
