This campus transformation reimagines an existing biotech site in San Diego as a vibrant hub for wellness, connection, and tenant engagement. The repositioning effort introduces a strong blend of indoor and outdoor amenities designed to support collaboration and enhance the overall user experience.
A new central events lawn flows directly from an expanded patio and the on-site chef-driven restaurant, California English. The restaurant connects to a flexible conferencing center that accommodates overflow dining, meetings, and large-scale events.
To promote a wellness-focused workplace culture, the design integrates a dedicated yoga and flex fitness space that aligns with the Owner’s vision for active, healthy lifestyles.
With its strategic amenity enhancements and campus-wide improvements, the project positions Biovista as a modern destination for innovation and community in the life sciences sector.
