Benjamin Girardin

Benjamin Girardin joined PGAL in 2018 through the merger of 10 Nine Design Group, bringing more than two decades of experience across healthcare, civic, hospitality, and commercial markets. His leadership reflects a grounded, collaborative approach that prioritizes technical rigor and responsive design tailored to client goals.

Known for building strong teams and cultivating a sense of ownership among staff, Benjamin fosters a culture of trust and accountability that aligns with PGAL’s core values. He continues to lead project teams with clarity and purpose, supporting clients through every phase.

He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and is a member of AIA, USGBC, NAIOP, AGC, and the Young Professional Society of Las Vegas.
