The design transforms a dated interior into a welcoming, functional workplace that emphasizes collaboration and transparency. The reconfiguration improves flow throughout the building, relocating offices to the perimeter and introducing multipurpose gathering areas such as a large breakroom and flexible training room. A formerly enclosed corridor was replaced with a continuous, light-filled loop along the exterior, maximizing usable space and circulation.

The new lobby highlights Manhattan’s construction expertise through custom backlit signage, terrazzo flooring, a stepped feature wall, and warm wood finishes that carry into the office interior. Furnishings, custom millwork, and banquettes were carefully selected to reinforce a cohesive design language.

A neutral palette, demountable glass walls, and strategic lighting create seamless transitions between private and shared spaces while drawing daylight deep into the building. Central gathering zones, including the breakroom and training area, double as display spaces for celebrating company achievements.
