Palm Beach County Judicial Garage
West Palm Beach, FL
The two-level expansion of the downtown parking garage in West Palm Beach added 754 new spaces, increasing overall capacity to 1,811 vehicles for the Palm Beach County Judicial Center. Each level adds 94,400 square feet, supporting improved traffic flow and access for judicial staff and visitors.
To maximize efficiency, parking stall layouts were reconfigured throughout the garage. The structure was also reinforced with lateral upgrades to meet Category 5 hurricane wind load and current code requirements, enhancing safety and structural performance.
The project included updates to lighting and revenue control systems, improving both security and throughput. Architectural enhancements were integrated to complement the existing courthouse and surrounding civic context, maintaining a unified presence downtown.
