Located on a triangular site, the two-story office building fronts the street while the 946-vehicle garage sits behind, blending brick and precast finishes to complement the campus. The office entry features a two-story atrium paired with a contrasting brick elevator tower, creating a welcoming and functional public face.

Interior spaces support both high-traffic service needs and administrative operations. A large, open lobby includes a 48-foot service counter and direct access to offices, conference rooms, and support areas above.
