City of Frisco – Police Department Facility Renovation
Frisco, TX
The City of Frisco Police Department facility was expanded and renovated to address growing operational demands and accommodate future development.

The project included significant second-floor renovations to the 95,000-square-foot headquarters and the addition of a 17,500-square-foot, single-story auxiliary building on the same site.
Interior upgrades expanded locker rooms, increased office space, and improved storage capacity to support the department’s evolving needs. The new auxiliary building, located adjacent to the headquarters, houses a fitness center, training room, and multiple police divisions. It also provides space for armored vehicles, the K9 unit, and vehicle maintenance, while accommodating relocated staff with high storage requirements.
