Park West is a 3,410-bed student housing community located on 48 acres adjacent to Texas A&M University’s main campus. As one of the largest public-private partnership (P3) student housing developments in the United States, the project was designed to meet growing demand for high-quality student living while offering a range of housing options.

The development features three primary building types: twelve three-story walk-up apartments, two five-story apartment buildings, and an eight-story mixed-use residential tower. A central boulevard links the site directly to campus, improving accessibility and campus connection.

The five-story buildings are arranged in “C” configurations, with landscaped courtyards at their center that include green space, a beach-entry pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit. Shared amenities include study lounges, activity rooms, fitness centers, staff housing, and sky lounges overlooking campus.

The signature component of the development, the eight-story Texas Wrap, is designed in a figure-eight configuration that encloses two secured courtyards. Together, the wings provide 1,886 beds and integrate directly with a seven-level parking garage offering 1,200 spaces. Above the garage, a rooftop amenity deck includes a large pool, cabanas, food and coffee venues, and a 14,000-square-foot fitness center with views toward Kyle Field. Ground-floor retail, a two-story open lobby, study lounge, activity spaces, and staff apartments further activate the building and support the residential community.

The three-story walk-up apartments, known as The Flats, offer a more economical housing option while still providing access to the community’s full range of amenities.
