The result is a municipal campus that balances civic presence with ecological stewardship.

The project includes a 23,750-square-foot city hall and a 10,350-square-foot public works building. Administrative offices are co-located with a centralized data and command center to streamline operations and improve coordination. Council chambers provide seating for 120 attendees and overflow capacity for an additional 60 visitors.

Site planning addressed environmental needs by incorporating stormwater runoff into a series of lake-style water features, supporting drainage while enhancing the site’s natural character.
