Designed in two phases, the project balances privacy with community. Students have access to shared amenities such as a computer lab, mailroom, laundry room, and activity space. A variety of social lounges and enclosed study areas foster collaboration, learning, and relaxation. From these common spaces, residents enjoy views of the landscaped plaza and pool, reinforcing a strong connection to the outdoors.

The site is organized around two central courtyards that support both recreation and quiet gathering. These outdoor areas are framed by buildings finished in warm masonry, stucco, and metal panels. The material palette reflects the character of the desert environment while establishing a unified architectural identity.

Building massing and orientation were planned to enhance daylighting and provide generous views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Interior transparency was prioritized to strengthen connections between indoor and outdoor spaces while promoting comfort and energy efficiency.
