The garage provides 2,100 new parking spaces and includes master planning for a future transit hub to support both local and rapid bus service. At ground level, 51,500 square feet of space accommodate a CrossFit gym, optical shop, multipurpose mall corridor, and an outdoor food kiosk with patio seating.

The building also includes five classrooms, training labs, and conference rooms for the School of Computer Science and Information Technology. These educational spaces were integrated to support the university’s growth and increase accessibility to academic programs.

A scissor ramp system improves circulation efficiency, with dual entry and exit points that minimize congestion during peak hours. A parking availability system, using sensors and digital signage, helps direct drivers to available spaces on each level.
