Selective demolition cleared the way for new partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, millwork, and supplemental HVAC cooling for the telecom closet. Power and data systems were upgraded, with coordinated installation of tenant-supplied furniture and security. A detailed site survey documented existing conditions and informed updated as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy throughout design and construction.

The refreshed workplace emphasizes openness and flexibility, featuring systems furniture, collaboration zones, enclosed meeting and interview rooms, and a large break area with a fully equipped pantry. Felt ceiling clouds and acoustic tiles enhance comfort in high-use spaces by improving sound control. With daylight access, upgraded finishes, and modern building systems, the office delivers a contemporary, efficient environment that supports Robert Half’s operations and growth.
