East Aldine District Office Building + Town Center Park
Houston, TX
Located within the 61-acre East Aldine Town Center, the East Aldine District Office Building and Town Center Park serves as a civic anchor and community gathering place. The three-story, 24,382-square-foot building functions as a multifunctional hub that combines district operations with welcoming public spaces.

The facility includes district offices, a flexible multipurpose hall that can divide into two meeting rooms, an executive conference room, and an atrium lobby highlighted by a mural celebrating 150 years of local history. A second-floor deck overlooks the adjacent park, reinforcing the connection between indoor activity and outdoor space. The building also accommodates Harris County Sheriff’s Office functions and provides leasable space for future tenants.
Adjacent Town Center Park features a performance pavilion, terraced event lawn, walking paths, a water feature with programmable fountain, splashpad, and dynamic playscape. Together, the building and park create a vibrant destination for civic events and daily community use.
