UTMB Victory Lakes Medical Complex Master Plan

PGAL developed the 62-acre master plan for UTMB facilities, working closely with university staff on programmatic visioning, architectural guidelines, and site and permitting requirements.

Structured in three phases, the plan encompassed clinic buildings, medical office buildings, a 100-bed day hospital, and a 1,000-car parking garage. The Victory Lakes Specialty Care Center, also designed by PGAL, was the first project completed and established the architectural tone for future campus development.

This strategic master plan provided the foundation for a cohesive and adaptable campus, aligning with UTMB’s mission to advance education, patient care, and research.
