The three-story, 110,000-square-foot outpatient facility includes clinical services in cardiology, ophthalmology, radiology, dermatology, women’s health, and ambulatory surgery. Natural light and intuitive wayfinding are integrated throughout to promote comfort and clarity, while on-site imaging, laboratory services, and a pharmacy streamline care delivery.

PGAL’s planning and design team collaborated closely with UTMB medical staff and stakeholders to understand workflows and future needs. This collaboration informed a modular layout that supports efficient patient flow while allowing room for future specialty expansion.
