University of Nevada Las Vegas University Gateway

The University Gateway Project is the first development supporting UNLV’s vision for a connected, mixed-use district known as Midtown UNLV. Phase one introduced an 813-space parking garage and a 10,422-square-foot home for the UNLV Police Department, designed to reduce congestion and serve both campus and community needs.
Phase two delivered a seven-story mixed-use building that anchors the district. The program includes 21,574 square feet of ground-floor retail, 46,680 square feet of office space across two levels, and 204 residential micro-apartments above. Units range from studios to six-bedroom layouts, finished with modern amenities for faculty, graduate students, and local professionals.
A rooftop deck and pool provide shared amenities, creating a vibrant social space that enhances community among residents.
