Faculty offices are centrally located to enhance accessibility, while student resources such as the Career Development Center and Resource Center are fully integrated into the academic core. Informal study areas, collaboration zones, and meeting rooms filled with natural light offer expansive views of downtown Houston and strengthen connections among students, faculty, and industry partners.

A 348,000-square-foot, five-level parking garage with 632 spaces supports the facility. Positioned behind the building to preserve views, it provides dedicated visitor and faculty parking, elevator access to the college, and an elevated deck primarily for students.
