The 225,000-square-foot concourse is four times larger than the original 1966 structure and doubles its seating capacity. A spacious concessions hall spans the terminal, offering sweeping views of the airfield along with a wide range of dining and retail options from local favorites to national brands. The central atrium and gate areas feature 34-foot ceilings and 28-foot glass walls, creating a bright, open environment that enhances comfort and ease.

Behind the scenes, the airfield apron was reconfigured to improve efficiency and capacity. Three aircraft piers, each with 10 gates, consolidate United’s regional jet operations and accommodate more than 300 daily flights.

As you know there is a reason PGAL was selected as United’s design team for Terminal B. We appreciate that regardless of project size and complexity, PGAL will complete on time and within budget. These are tough times for the industry and now more than ever we are relying on you to cut to the chase, maximize our budget and exceed our customer’s expectations.
