United Airlines Terminal C Global Services Lounge at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

Located in Terminal C, United Airlines’ Global Services Reception Lobby offers a streamlined, elevated experience for the airline’s most frequent travelers.
The space introduces a dedicated lounge-style environment with direct access to TSA screening, providing both exclusivity and convenience.
The design reflects United’s brand standards while improving comfort, flow, and overall functionality. Key features include credential check-in podiums, a refined seating area, and a private security checkpoint reserved for Global Services members. Materials and finishes were selected to convey quiet sophistication and align with the expectations of high-tier travelers.
PGAL worked closely with United and airport officials to navigate a complex approval and coordination process. The result is a well-integrated, brand-aligned space that supports operational efficiency while enhancing the passenger journey.
