Set on 1.76 acres, the East Shore Clubhouse blends architecture and landscape to create a cohesive outdoor experience. PGAL worked alongside E. E. Reed Construction for project delivery and collaborated with Clark Condon, who led the concept plan and broader community landscape design. The site incorporates an infinity pool, children’s pool, water wall, covered patio seating, and flexible green space for events and gatherings.

The 5,500-square-foot clubhouse reflects a classic Georgian architectural style that aligns with the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Inside, the building includes a reception hall, a primary social gathering space, a catering kitchen, and multipurpose rooms that support fitness and exercise.

PGAL provided architectural design, bid documents, and construction phase services, guiding the project from permitting through completion. The clubhouse is framed by lush landscaping, including a rose garden and layered plantings, creating a setting that supports both active use and quiet retreat.
